Adam & Emily - Engagement Session

What started off as a bright and sunny day, ended with the threat of a terrential downpour.

The sky quickly got dark but thankfully the rain held off just long enough for us to capture some fun images of Adam and Emily to celebrate their engagement. These two were love struck and super cuddly during their session!

Adam and Emily met during elementary school in Seattle, when they were 11 and 12 years old. They were high school sweethearts, when college and careers took them separate ways. For almost 7 years they dated long distance, until Adam finally moved to Philadelphia to be with Emily. True love has a habit of coming back around!

We took a stroll through Schuylkill River Park where Adam proposed to Emily on the bridge overlooking the city. He had her ring custom made by Pietro Jewelers, a non-traditional blue sapphire, Emily's favorite stone. Sapphires are believed to symbolize wisdom, virtue, faithfulness and sincerity, which describes their relationship perfectly.

The countdown begins for Adam and Emily's wedding in May 2020. Wishing these lovebirds many blessings and good fortune in their future together. Here are just a few of the images we captured during our time together.
